SPIN AMY, KYM, LORRAINE, JUDY, MYKE, DAVID, LYNN
Spin is an excellent way to strengthen your heart and tone your legs. The instructor takes the class members on a stationary "ride" that includes sprints, hill climbs and other fun exercises, all to the beat of great music. A challenging class, new participants are encouraged to not exceed their comfort level. Give every instructor a try as each ride leader brings their own unique skills and music to each session.
STRENGTH AMY
This class is the perfect accompaniment to a 1/2 hour intense Spin class. This 30 minutes of strength and resistance training uses a combination of body weight, free weights. bars, bands etc. to pack every minute with fitness. Suitable for all, feel free to join the class even without taking the 1/2 hour Spin first.
ZUMBA LORRAINE, SARAH, JOYCE
This popular class blends Latin rhythms with easy to follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program. The routines feature interval training where fast and slow rhythms & resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat. Always a member favourite, you won't even realise you're working out! Don't quit after one attempt - just move and have a great time, you'll be a Zumba pro in no time. There are NO wrong moves in Zumba!
XTREME TRX CHALLENGE LORRAINE, KYM, JUDY, JOYCE
XTreme TRX Challenge - Get tight on TRX with this high intensity circuit session, with a little friendly competition thrown in! Build lean muscle while using the weight of your body for resistance. This class will use TRX in combination with a variety of other fitness equipment to create a complete, challenging workout. Level - intense!
KICK N' SHRED
JAIME, CHERYL
Experience a true total body workout with this high energy class. Each class will bring a unique mixture of strength work combined with intense aerobic movements. A member fave, sign-up and give a try!
YOGA/HATHA YOGA TASHA, LORRAINE, KYM, CHANTAL
Join Tasha for Hatha Yoga. The Hatha style of yoga uses postures, breathing techniques, and meditation with the goal of bringing about a sound, healthy body and a clear, peaceful mind. Explore a variety of postures, all with a multitude of variations, which work to make the spine supple and to promote circulation in all the organs, glands, and tissues. Hatha yoga postures also stretch and align the body, promoting balance and flexibility. Treat your mind and your body, you deserve it!
TOTAL BODY TONE KYM, LORRAINE
Total Body Tone is a flexible combination of weight and resistance training, bodyweight workouts and flexibility exercises. You will isolate and work a body-part or muscle group each class leading eventually to...Total Body Tone. An aerobic component set to your own pace ends each class. This class has been designed for every fitness level and can easily be adapted to your limitations. Rise and SWEAT!
YOGA FOR THE CORE LORRAINE, KYM, CHANTAL, CATHERINE
The core, is what supports us, spiritually and physically in our lives. If our core is weak, the ups and downs of life are much harder to take. A strong core makes us much more resilient. This class incorporates postures of both Yoga and Pilates to develop strength and flexibility through the core and the body. Not an easy class so be sure to work to your level.

TOTAL BODY WORKOUT KYM
A constantly changing one hour class that uses a variety of fitness tools to help sculpt "your" perfect body. A blend of aerobic and weight sets guarantee you'll work different body/muscle groups every class. Give this constantly changing class a try! A great add-on to your Spin class.
BODY BLAST ALANNA Torch fat with this class that blends cardio and resistance training for maximum fat burning and body sculpting results. It's an intense class yet can be adapted for all fitness levels. Join Alanna for this awesome workout!
STEP & STRENGTH SARAH, JAIME Elements of step such as, cardio endurance, agility, balance and stretching are combined with sculpting and muscle building components. Super fast-moving, this class may take a few attempts to get comfortable with so don't give up after the first class. Step and Strength has quickly proven to be a member favorite, give it a try!
GENTLE YOGA KYM, LORRAINE, CHANTAL, CATHERINE
Introduce this calming, stress-relieving yoga class to your routine. You will stretch and strengthen your body gradually with emphasis on building awareness of the breath and the body. Kym will practice movements at a slower pace with extra attention to alignment and detail. This class is appropriate for all levels looking for a soothing, relaxing, and restorative experience, especially those newer to yoga or working with special concerns or injuries.
BUNS & GUNS KYM, LYNN Buns N Guns is a workout that is all about using the most effect movements to isolate and tighten. While we could create a separate workout for each of these body parts, but we figured why not put two of the most popular areas to tone and reshape into one exercise routine!  This high intensity class will turn it's laser focus on maximum results in minimum time,
BUTT & AB BLASTER KYM, LORRAINE
It's time to get specific and target a couple of body parts that rarely see the sun: the abs and butt.This one hour workout is designed to tone your tummy and tighten your glute muscles - it won't be easy but it will definitely be worth it! Get ready to blast off!

YOGA/PILATES LORRAINE, KYM, CHANTAL, CATHERINE
Yoga/Pilates fusion combines Yoga and Pilates into one great workout! ... Practicing yoga realigns your body, tones and lengthens muscles and helps improve flexibility and balance. Pilates focuses on building strength in the deep muscles of the abdominal region and the body's core.

POWER-UP JAIME
Looking to power through those stubborn plateaus or bust the boredom of a regular workout? Maximize your fitness level by combining weight training with intervals of high intensity cardio work. You’ll build muscle, increase your endurance and aerobic levels while drawing strength and inspiration from those around you. Super calorie burner!
PEDAL POWER/POWER STRONG JUDY
Join Judy for a high energy, calorie burning ride! Great music motivates you as you work your way on a challenging "cross-country" stationary bike. Judy will lead you up and over hills and mountains, get ready for the descent...it's a blast! The second 1/2-hour of this class is a high-energy muscle building and toning class...always changing so you won't be bored. Feel free to do Spin or Power Strong on it's own.
BARBELL BURN JUDY, LYNN
X-Treme TRX Challenge with Judy alternates with Lynn Fisher's Barbell Burn. Both classes are intense, full body workouts. TRX uses your own bodyweight do create resistance so moves are easily adjusted to all fitness levels. Barbell Burn offers blasts of focused workout using barbells and a variety of weights. The hour will fly by!
STRETCH & STRENGTH KASEY, CATHERINE, TASHA, JUDY
STRETCH AND STRENGTH brings attention to alignment, correct posture, and controlled muscular endurance. Those who wish to develop the long and lean muscle tone of a dancer, will be challenged with a series of exercises on the mat and various balancing postures. Participants will discover new strategies for releasing tension, increasing flexibility and developing healthy posture. This class focuses on co-ordination of musical phrasing and breath to move deeper into each stretch, side bend and plie.
