Motivations is now offering a program for all Firefighters, Police Officers, Paramedics & those serious enough to train like one. The Motivations First Responders Program offers you:
- 3 month full access membership at Motivations Fitness
- A fitness evaluation to Ontario Provincial Police Assessment standards. Testing muscular, cardiovascular and abdominal endurance. This test will be conducted both pre and post program
- Body fat analysis/girth measurements
- A one on one fitness strategy meeting with a Certified Personal Trainer to ensure safe, realistic goals are being set. Before & after photos will be taken, your workouts will be tracked and a final meeting will assess how best to move forward building on your success
- Access to unlimited classes, including our three classes designed with your specific fitness needs in mind, SKILLS & DRILLS, FIGHT OR FLIGHT SPIN & FLEXIBILITY TRAINING
- Seminar sessions on topics that interest and concern you. In our initial meeting we will get your feedback on what seminars you need addressed to help with your success. At Motivations we have relationships with countless professionals who are eager to share their knowledge with you. As this program continues our seminars will address the issues that are the roadblocks to your success.

THE MOTIVATIONS 66 DAY WEIGHT LOSS PROGRAM
Motivations is now booking for the January sessions of our very successful 66 Day Weight Loss/Conditioning Program, here's how it works...
This program is designed with weight/fat loss and healthy lifestyle choices as your focus. We believe lasting weight loss is acheived by a series of lifestyle adjustments that are not a 'diet' but a new way to look at the choices you make every day! You will work with a Certified Personal Trainer twice a week for one hour. Group sizes are limited to a maximum of 4 people to ensure you receive the guidance YOU need to get on the right track, but still benefit from the support of your fellow members. An initial physical assessment and personal goal meeting are included and your progress will be tracked and charted during weekly weigh-in sessions. Informal seminars will be conducted on topics that have created success "roadblocks" & nutrition counselling will be available.
